Friday Tryday: Live Simply

One of the most challenging concepts to comprehend especially for our generation is to live simply. What this means is to live a less complicated life. Things don't always have to be complicated, drama filled, or excessive. In order to live simply one must get rid of all that crap.

Unload all of your thoughts onto paper and then burn it! Clean out that closet that has old memorabilia that you would have never known you had had you not opened it up in the first place. Instead of spending your money on items that you might get one or two uses from, save your money for something you really really really want. Get rid of the trash in your car, your car is for transportation not living. Pick and choose your battles wisely with the ones you love; ask yourself 'Is this worth the time and energy I'm about to put into it?' Remove the old papers that lay on your desk at work or on your walls in your home office. Instead, admire the simplicity of just one or two important items that are visually pleasing. Try having only one source of social media networking. Try simplifying your life, I think you will come to find it extremely liberating.
