Friday Tryday: Fierce Conversation

Meeting new people can be nerve-wracking, awkward, and uncomfortable. The good news is that it can also be exciting, eye-opening, and enjoyable. Almost on a daily basis we are presented with opportunities to meet new people. Sometimes we seize the opportunity and make the best of it, and other times we let the moment pass us by.

This Friday I encourage you to seize the moment and take away from it everything you possibly can. Have a fierce conversation with everyone you come in contact with. There's actually a book out called Fierce Conversations that teaches us how to have just that. Ask informed questions and receive informed answers. Speak and, most importantly, listen to others as your most authentic self. The conversations you engage in have the potential to be life changing. But, you won't know unless you try.
