Today's zen-ercise could possibly be the most effective of them all...yoga. Incorporating yoga into your life is like adding fuel to your mind, body, and soul. It replenishes your body while refreshing your mind through eclectic exercises.
I always stuck my nose up at the idea, but having actually tried it, and continuing to pursue it, I can honestly say it has been a wonderful addition to my life. It pushes your body to its limits without realizing it because you are so focused on your breath. Your body synchs with your breath and flows effortlessly from one movement to the next. Love! You feel so cleansed and refreshed when you're finished.
I've found that adding any sort of physical activity, particularly yoga, to your daily routine inspires you to treat your body better, (i.e. eat healthier foods, get adequate amount of sleep, rid yourself of harmful habits such as smoking, drinking, tanning, etc.)
